For a base price of $59 a night Holland America is offering a 15 night cruise from Singapore to Hong Kong. The cruise will be visiting ports in Thailand, Cambodia and Vietnam. This cruise is an excellent bargain because it has a very low base price of $59 a night and rock bottom taxes and fees of only $175 that means the full price of the cruise can be as little as $1074 per person for 15 night or $72 a night with taxes and fees. That kind of deal is very rare in the Asia cruise market.
This cruise is also attractive because Singapore and Hong Kong are both major South East Asian hubs that offer excellent airfares to and from the United States. When Charlene and I are looking at flights to Asia we usually try to fly out of U.S. Hubs like Los Angeles. Because both Hong Kong and Singapore routes to LAX are serviced by over 20 major airlines there is a good chance that with a little hunting you will be able to find good air mile deals. If you’re using point for dollar reward points or cash reasonable flights in to Singapore and out of Hong Kong are available. Down below are examples of possible flights but because Singapore and Hong Kong are both major Asian hubs you will have a lot of options for flights.
If South East Asia is on your bucket list this 15 night cruise would be a great way to get a look at five South East Asian countries and some of the most interesting Cities in that part of the world.
The combination of a reasonable cruise rate and flying into major Asian hubs makes this Holland America Cruise a very attractive travel opportunity. If you decide to take this trip leave a comment and let us know about the trip. You can find this cruise at cruisedirect.com but hurry deals like this don’t last long.
